Once our quotation has been provided and accepted and a Work Order is received, we will make contact with the on-site co-ordinator to discuss the requirements and arrange a suitable appointment time to complete the service.

When the request for a service comes from a Strata Management company, we will provide a Notice to the Strata Company to kindly forward to the residents to advise them of the planned date of the service. If the request is from a Real Estate Property Manager and the property is part of a multiple dwelling complex, we will provide a Notice to all the residents of the complex to advise them of the planned service, if there is any chance that the service may impact on any possible common areas.

We are always happy to offer the residents at the property, discounted additional services on the day we complete our main service for the Strata Company.
