What’s involved in a pest inspection?

We carry out a thorough inspection all common high risk areas such as the kitchen and bathroom, roof void, subfloor area, the house perimeter, cracks and crevices.
Other areas such as gardens, fences, rockeries, garden furniture, paths, sheds and under pot plants are all inspected.
We report on all areas checked, identify the pest and the extent of the infestation, and point out any active and old infestations.
Then we suggest an action plan, which may include both chemical and non-chemical options.
We will give you advice on preventative strategies that can be undertaken to stop pests from re-entering your home and
outline what follow-up treatment or monitoring may be necessary.

When we come to your home we ask that you be available to accompany us on the inspection, if required.
