How to Prepare for your service

Preparing for your Service

FOR ALL SERVICE

PARKING
We will need to park our vehicle in your driveway. We would appreciate if you could allow room for this. Please advise on booking if this is not available.

ACCESS
We will require you to be present at the time of service to provide access to all the relevant areas of your property to be inspected or treated. Please unlock any external gates and move any items that may hinder the effectiveness of our inspection or treatment.

PETS
Pets should be secured or removed whilst the service is in progress. Our Inspector will advise on the day of what is required. If applicable, we request removal of all pet droppings in your yard before our service/inspection commences.

ALLERGIES
Please advise our staff on booking your appointment if anyone present on the day of service suffers with any allergies. Also please inform our Inspector on the day. We can then advise accordingly for your health and safety.

PAYMENT
Payment is required at the completion of your service on the day. We accept cash, credit card, debit card or cheque – made out to Drop Dead Pest Control. We do not issue credit accounts for direct deposit to our bank account unless a credit application has been submitted and approved by Drop Dead Pest Control.

WEATHER CONCERNS
If you are concerned about the weather on the day affecting your service, please contact our office. We do not spray pesticides externally to uncovered areas if it is raining (except in the case of a Flea Treatment) or there are extremely high winds. Our staff will advise on the options available on the day depending on the service you have arranged.

WARRANTY
We provide a thorough and effective service and offer a warranty on most services we perform, however there are a number of factors that can affect a warranty given on a service. Our Inspector will advise on the day if there are any factors which will affect your warranty. With some particular services, due to the biology and breeding nature of the pest, it is impossible to give a warranty and follow up service/s may be required to solve a problem. We will discuss this with you.
