IMPACT ON HUMAN HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT
When considering the methods we use for pest control, we always use the safest products and consider their impact on human health and our environment including the health and safety of our pets. Where pesticide use is required for elimination and control of pests, we always use products that are least toxic to humans, non-target species of animals and the environment whilst remaining effective in control of the target pest. Our Experts are fully trained in pest biology, pest management and chemical application. Our Integrated Pest Management approach ensures that all avenues of pest control and management are explored not only application of pesticide.
AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS FOR PEST CONTROL
All our services and treatments are performed to Australian Standards for Pest Control – namely AS3660 and AS4349.

PAYMENT
Once your service has been completed, we will provide a Tax Invoice. Payment is required for the service rendered on the day at the time of treatment. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, cheque or cash. We do not issue credit accounts.
WET WEATHER
If it is raining at your scheduled appointment time or looks like it will rain soon after, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment. We do not carry out external General Pest Treatments if it looks like the pesticide will not have a chance to dry successfully. It is possible for some services to be carried out regardless of a light shower as it will have no effect on the end service.
SENSITIVE SITES AND EXTERNAL PESTICIDE APPLICATIONS
If your home or premises is adjoining what is classified as a “Sensitive Site”, this is a school, day care centre, kindergarten, pre-school, church or community centre, it is a requirement by law for us to advise the neighbouring property that we will be carrying out an external pesticide spray treatment at least 5 working days in advance of the treatment date.
We would appreciate if you could advise us if your boundary fence adjoins one of these types of properties so we can take the necessary steps to inform the occupants and fulfill our legal obligations.
PREPARATION FOR A SERVICE
Our friendly staff will advise you if any preparation is required before your service can be completed.
