Fleas can be frustrating pests for both people and pets. They reproduce quickly, and because pesticides cannot penetrate flea eggs, infestations can take time to fully control. Our Flea Treatment is designed to target both adult fleas and their breeding cycle with the use of a Residual Insect Growth Regulator, which prevents newly hatched fleas from developing into adults. This breaks the breeding cycle and ensures long-term results.
Our service includes a comprehensive spray treatment to all internal flooring areas, as well as external ground areas around the home. We also treat garages, subfloors, and any other areas where pets may rest or sleep. To ensure maximum effectiveness, we work closely with our clients to prepare the property in advance, which includes vacuuming carpets, washing pet bedding, and ensuring pets are treated with vet-approved flea products.
After treatment, it is important to avoid walking on treated areas until the product has dried. We also recommend vacuuming daily for at least a week to remove any dead fleas, eggs, and casings. Depending on the severity of the infestation, the treatment can take up to six weeks to be fully effective, as eggs continue to hatch and come into contact with the residual pesticide. In cases of heavy infestations, a follow-up service may be required.
Our Flea Treatment generally takes 1–2 hours, depending on the size of your property. While no warranty can be provided due to the nature of flea biology, careful preparation, treatment, and ongoing pet care will deliver the best possible results.
Flea eggs are protected by a casing that pesticides cannot penetrate. Eggs continue to hatch after treatment, but the residual pesticide ensures newly hatched fleas are eliminated. Full control can take several weeks.

No. Light rain actually helps by carrying the pesticide deeper into the soil where fleas and eggs are found. In hot, dry conditions, we may add water before treatment to achieve the same effect.
In some cases, yes. If the infestation is heavy, a follow-up treatment may be required within two weeks at an additional cost. We may also suggest using aerosol sprays between visits to help manage activity during the egg hatching cycle.
